John Cronin – Chairman

John Cronin is a seasoned and successful professional. He has been instrumental in mergers & acquisition worldwide, raising equity, debt facility and vendor financing funding between $50m to $900m. He created significant value for shareholders with four company exits in Azure Solutions, i2, Netsource Europe and Picochip Totalling $600m.

John’s contribution to high-tech industries includes being Chairman, NED, adviser and CEO to Picochip, Arqiva, Azure Solutions, Subex, Evolved Networks, i2, Cambridge Networks, Kast, Qariba, Next2Friends, Bailey Fisher, 2Ergo, and adviser to private equity and VC firms.

Mark Boggett – Non-Executive Director

Mark is the Investment Director of Seraphim Capital, one of the many funds managed by YFM, one of Europe’s largest venture capital organisations. He’s an active investor in technology across all sectors and stages serving on numerous boards throughout his venture career. Prior to Seraphim he was the Investment Director of London Seed Capital and three further venture EIS funds. He initially trained as an equity analyst and fund manager at Williams de Broe and Brewin Dolphin before moving into venture. He has a degree in Accounting & Finance, an MA Economics & Finance and a range of professional investment qualifications.

David Rice-Jones – Non-Executive Director

David has 20 years’ financial and operational experience in the software and telco sectors. Most recently David was CFO at Jacobs Rimell where he ran a successful exit process for investors, resulting in the sale to Amdocs in 2008. Previously David was CFO of Cramer for four years where he was responsible for Cramer’s acquisition of T-Soft and lead commercial and contractual negotiations during the sale of Cramer to Amdocs in 2006. David has also headed up European Finance for Access360, Continuus Software and Cadence and his early career was spent at Nortel where he held a variety of commercial finance positions. David qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 and has an honours degree in Engineering Science and Management from Durham University.
