Tony Fallows – Chief Executive Officer
Tony has 20 years of experience in the global telecoms market in varying roles. Tony brings a wealth of experience in sales, business-development, marketing, and product-management, including executive management roles. Tony has developed teams for early-stage businesses and has experience of developing new markets. Before joining Aria Networks, Tony had most recently held Vice-President roles at Ericsson, Marconi Corporation and Riverstone Networks.
Dr Jay Perrett – Chief Technology Officer
Jay has spent over 25 years developing evolutionary computing and Artificial Intelligence in academia and industry. Jay is the key architect of Aria’s DANI, iVNT and iForecast. Jay has spent many years working in the telecoms market (Bell-Labs, Lucent, Movaz, and Redback) and in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical markets. Jay has considerable experience developing and bringing innovative products to market as he was a founder and head of R&D at Darwinian Neural Networks Industries and the CEO of Applied Insilico.
Paul Kelly - Vice-President of World-wide Sales
Paul has over 25 years of outstanding sales and sales management experience selling to the enterprises in the telecommunications, finance and commercial markets. Paul has built, grown and managed organisations with revenues ranging from £2M to £200M and brings significant experience in building revenues in the European and US markets. Paul held senior positions in Sequent (now IBM Inc), Portal Software (now Oracle Inc), Quadstone (now Portrait Software), Thunderhead and more recently IM Global.
James Pullen - Director Product Management & Marketing
James has over eleven years of experience in the telecommunication industry, the majority being focused on Operational Support Systems (OSS). He brings extensive experience of producing, releasing and marketing carrier-class OSS products on a world-wide basis. Previously, having joined Cramer Systems as a start-up, James ran the gamut of technical management roles, including leading many product and partnership initiatives. Subsequently, as part of Amdocs, James' responsibility included post-merger integration of Cramer and Amdocs products, pricing and marketing. James has also operated as an independent solution architect and as a system engineer at GPT Marconi.
