2Steve Newton – Chief Executive Officer

Steve has more than 25 years’ experience in the telecommunications sector. He is an experienced and successful non-executive director and seed investor, following a career in general management, sales and marketing. He invested in a number of technology companies including Datanomic and was part of a small management team which steered billing software specialist Geneva Technology from product launch through rapid growth, market acclaim, a Queens Award for Enterprise in Innovation, and the company acquisition for $700m.

Jay has spent over 25 years developing evolutionary computing and Artificial Intelligence in academia and industry. Jay is the key architect of Aria’s DANI, iVNT and iForecast. Jay has spent many years working in the telecoms market (Bell-Labs, Lucent, Movaz, and Redback) and in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical markets. Jay has considerable experience developing and bringing innovative products to market as he was a founder and head of R&D at Darwinian Neural Networks Industries and the CEO of Applied Insilico.

4Douglas Gracie – Chief Operations Officer

Douglas has over 15 years of experience in delivering complex telecommunications COTS products to the global telecommunications sector. Douglas has built Professional Services organisations in start-up companies as well as transforming teams to be partner-centric and partner led for project implementation and consulting services. Douglas’ career includes 10 years based in Asia/Pacific and the US with Tier-1 experience at BT, Cramer, Telcordia and Clarity.

Wolrad_ClaudyWolrad Claudy – Chief Commercial Officer

Wolrad brings more than 20 years’ experience in telecommunications and IT industry. Wolrad is a seed investor and consultant for start-up companies with a broad experience in B2B sales and OSS solutions for communication service providers.  Most recently Wolrad served as the Global Sales and Marketing Officer at US based Tekelec (now Oracle) with responsibility for half a billion in revenue. He was instrumental in setting up its corporate and acquisition strategy. Wolrad has held management positions at Alcatel, DSC, Inet Technology. Wolrad has a diploma in physics from the University of Stuttgart and currently lectures at the University of Darmstadt.
